There is an abundance of many wonderful foods that will heal anxiety. The list below is the top 6 powerful and medicinal foods to heal anxiety. I recommend eating all of them every day. I follow the nutritional information from Anthony William, aka The Medical Medium, and have had astounding results. Start implementing these foods to begin your healing journey. These foods will strengthen and heal your body so that you are also able to address the emotional and spiritual issues that affect anxiety. These recommendations are great for most people with anxiety. However, since everyone is different, if a food doesn’t feel good to you, trust your “gut”.

1.      Celery Juice

Celery juice repairs our brain health and nervous system that have been damaged from viruses such as Epstein Barr or shingles. It contains sodium cluster salts that restores neurotransmitter chemicals and neurons in the brain. This medicinal juice flushes out heavy metals and toxins from the brain as well. As a result, brain functions and electrical firings are repaired and restored. Celery juice also repairs our nerves that have been damaged and frayed by the neurotoxins from the viruses mentioned above. Additionally, it feeds and repairs our adrenal glands that are overworked from the excess adrenaline that is produced from anxiety.

  3.      Raw Honey

Don’t be alarmed when I talk about the sugar in raw honey and fruits. In fact, the glucose in raw honey and all fruits is essential for repairing our nervous system as well as feeding and protecting our brains. Glucose also fuels our livers so that it can effectively purge our bodies of the viruses that cause anxiety. If you are feeling anxious, eat a teaspoon of raw honey as needed. Since the sugar in honey is easily absorbed, the glucose can get to work right away to ease your anxiety. Additionally, eating raw honey before bed helps to promote a better night’s sleep.
